The Pisces sign can get pretty emotional and will be hurt easily. They often appear as though they're living in a dream world and seem like they're disconnected from everyone else. Pisces is very dependent on others and finds it difficult to be come motivated on his own. He doesn't have a direction when he's not following someone else. Caring is a strong characteristic of the Pisces sign.
Pisces tends to feed off of other peoples energies; both positive and negative. They catch moods from others like the flu. They're incredibly empathic and will pick up a "vibe" from nearby that may reverberate for quite awhile. This is why Pisces needs more time alone and may seem like he's distant or detached. He may need to be detached in order to get through the day because of how easily he can be effected. Pisces people alternate between social and hermit-like phases, hiding at home by themselves when the weight of the world gets too heavy. As you can see, this sign is highly sensitive and needs to be careful as to where they choose to reside. It's necessary to be selective in who they spend time with as well. Pisces is best around friends and lover who are consistent and who can be as solid and secure as a rock.
